I started with a 90-day challenge and I finished it very well but then I somehow derailed and that was the mistake I did and now will start recovering again. During the journey, I learned a lot of things and utilized my time pretty well. I was very confident in everything. It felt like that I am the master of my day and can run it the way I want it to. And want to feel that again, so let's start the 365-day challenge from December 1, 2017, and let's have a new grip on life.

Hey Bro .. I’ve just joined this Community 2 days ago and my streak last just 2 days I had a relapse this morning. I’ve been an addict for good 5 years now watching literally everyday as I can remember . I’ve tried 20 days challenge and I was successful. But after that I relapsed more than 100 times . I would like to follow you since you had a good 90 days streak without porn . I would like to learn and also would like to get some important coping strategies.
This is a very motivating quote that I read in the forum earlier today .
And All the best to you for your challenge .
Perhaps the greatest lesson you can learn from resetting is tenacity. Each time you reset your count, it’s an opportunity to get up and try again. Success doesn’t come to people who never stumble; success comes topeople who learn how to get up again.

Currently, I am using a chrome extension CHAINS.CC, check it out quite effective and also started using HeadSpace - 3 minutes rule.
And also started 30-20-10 every day; 30 Push-ups, 20 sit to stand and 10 Pull-ups

Nobody can stop us this time.

I fapped today after 6 weeks and I am happy not because I fapped, I want to feel relaxed so that it does not create a bad impression on my brain. I will soon be accomplishing the mission for sure. But I think, my mission is to eradicate the filthy thoughts which come after watching porn and after the small-small missions, I feel clean and now I look at girls in a very different way as I never let the porn be a filter through my vision. I feel that fapping sometimes is not bad but the bad thing is when you filter things from the nasty thoughts which we generally have because of Porn. So here Porn is the issue and the point I want to make is, our mission should be more of mastering our mind, our thoughts. And these missions help us to fight with these urges. And that is how we become the master of the day. And that is what we want, We want to run everything in our own style not what these fucking urges wants us to do.

So during the mission, anyone fapped. Just relax and continue the mission.

Day - 47, I relapsed and I just wanna say that I am not stopping, going to fucking start again and gonna complete my 365-day mission. The real motivation I keep getting is from my accomplished missions and the changes which I got by completing these challenges and from January 19, 2018, will start again for my 365-Day mission.

I started with very small missions, failed, started again, failed then started again... completed. :) And I cannot express the happiness which I got after completing the mission.
    • This keeps me motivated.
    Accomplished Missions after failures:
    1. One week - Completed, Relapsed
    2. Two weeks - Completed, Relapsed
    3. 30 Day Challenge - Completed, Relapsed
    4. 90 Day Challenge - Completed, Relapsed
    5. 365 Day Challenge, started recently on December 1 and relapsed on Day - 47 (failed) and this time, I will make sure that I am not gonna relapse after completing the challenge. :)

Mission: 365 Day Challenge, Start Again and fucking accomplish it.
January 19, 2018, will be my Day -1

You don't come this far to just come this far.

I start the challenges and I fail, fail and then I start again. This process taught me many things that how failing makes us stronger and recently I had started a 365-Day Challenge and in the beginning, I was relentless and continued the challenge for around 45 days and relapsed. Started again and after a week, again relapsed.
The good thing is, the more I keep imagining the finishing line, the more it pushes me to start again and finish the challenge. And that is how, I finished the 7-Day, 14-Day, 30-Day and 90-Day challenge.

And I keep reminding myself that "You don't come this far to only come this far"
    Let's start again my boy...

    Day 01

After relapsing, it is quite hard for everyone to refocus but somehow the vision of 365-challenge helped. The first day was good. I was getting vibrations down there and I was trying to tell my buddy that it's for your good, this minuscule pleasure is bad in the long run and I convinced my buddy that I will not shake you because my vision is strong for my eternal pleasure which comes by mastering your mind. And I completed the day more productively.

"You don't come this far to only come this far".

    Day 02

I planned the day and done most of the things very well. And at the end of the day when I was little free, my mind tried to recall those horny clips and that's when I convinced myself to dominate that fucking urge with my strong vision. So I found out that how having a plan keeps your mind productive and keeps away from these gloomy thoughts. Today, I tried to fill that free time with something like 20 push-ups or 15-minute guitar practice or listening to a podcast. That way, I will not let my mind recall those horny clips which lead us to debauchery and ruin our lives.

    Day 03

It was not a good day because I had to really fight with the urges and those horny moments trying to make me quiver. I procrastinated which I am in a process to eschew but the good thing was how I managed to distract myself from the urge having the strong vision of 365-Day Challenge and just when the urge is at the peak, I just pushed myself to practice guitar. I think, after relapsing the intensity of these urges are very high and as soon as we keep maintaining the distance for about 2-3 months, it diminishes (that was the observation from my 90-Day Challenge and the problem is once you relapsed, it's all comes down to the beginning and you have to rewire yourself again.) So as soon as one challenge is almost completing, we should have a vision of next challenge.

    Day 04-11

Going great and want to say that my vision of 365-Day challenge is strong and it is getting stronger and stronger each day as the number of days is increasing. During this week, I have realized that how our gloomy thoughts play us when we lack planning or goals for the day. When I was not having a clear-cut plan for my tasks that time only, my brain was taking me to the wrong side and I used to get urges which were quite hard to evade and I found it hard to refocus. On the other side, whenever I planned my day very well, my brain was busy making good patterns and was easy to focus. Although I have wasted a lot of my time this week but also done good things. And will keep continuing rewiring myself.

Feeling confident to not give a fuck about urges which keeps us in the dark.
