Some reflections:
I've had a bit headache in a pay couple of days,
Strange feeling in my stomach,
The wet dreams have reduced significantly ,in my last month ,one time.
Overall, feel better, I'm feeling new , new things.

Relapsed.Valentines day was not all I had hoped for.I got knocked down with this relapse,but I am up again going for a longer streak than my last again.

 

Yesterday was very hard for me too. Didn't relapsed. Read success stories, watched YouTube videos of nofap transformation. It helped me. Next time try this instead of relapsing.
