[365-CHALLENGE] THE THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY FIVE DAYS CHALLENGE !

It can be crazy, it can be difficult, I can be afraid but I want to be in this challenge. I want to change something in my life. I did great improvements last year but pmo was still part of my life. Maybe it will be forever, maybe it will disappear but I want to give a schock to my life. Let's start this challenge

Day 9 - Not good day for me..I was in little stress. Today I saw a lusty Lady who drives me to masturbation. I used to fapp after saw her. There was strong urges but I controlled me. Today I did not exercise. I think that's why I feel horny now.currently I feel horny. There is strong urges..but I believe I will not give up....

5 days already past and 6 in a few hours. When the 365 has past it will seem like the time sped by so fast. Ive wanted so much of my life's time and I don't want to waste anymore. Thanks for the challenge and support.

 

40 days completed - I reached my intermediate goal . My abstinence makes me feel much better about myself, and I am becoming more optimistic of being able to improve myself. My next intermediate goal is 70 days.

40 Days is a great start! I think you've made a lot of headway. For me, the longer I go, the easier it is to stay away from porn. The big challenge after getting over the habit of turning to porn is to confront the things you used porn to escape from.
