I wasn't optimally active yesterday and did feel some temptations. I have however found strategies for dealing with the urges which makes it a lot easier. Today I'm being more active and staying off the internet for the most part. Day 4.

Just relapsed today. I know its not much of a setback but I was overconfident and it got to me. Back at day 0
Day 59/365 I slept for about 15 hours because of I was tired. Sleeping is really important for us, it helps our better life

Ahh, good! Sometimes when people drop off the map, I start to wonder if they're alright. In the absence of facts, I try to interpret this in the best light, that their story has profusely changed for the better. For instance, I was starting to think that we had lost @Urðr the other day, and I was right - he was on an adventure!
