    It takes many men years in here to get to the place where they can read their body’s minds and signals and then see how they are people pleasing and then being resentful to avoid confrontation and short-term discomfort in their lives.

    Day7: Its been effortless so far. Although I am not 100% keeping up with disciplined life style.
    My plan:
    1) Regular Yoga & Meditation.
    2) Shower with Cold water(x2 morning and night).
    3) Healthy diet x2 a day.

    Update… Okay, so my nofap calendar looks great:

    …But my exercise calendar looks not so great:

    Exercise in week 42/2023: 00+00+05+15+35+40+00 minutes → 1:35
    Exercise in week 43/2023: 00+05+30+35+60+65+60 minutes → 4:15
    Exercise in week 44/2023: 05+15+05+00+50+05+15 minutes → 1:35
    Exercise in week 45/2023: 00+05+00+00+00+00+20 minutes → 0:25
    There were a lot of days with zero minutes of exercise over the past four weeks. This didn’t happen the 13 weeks before. Any tips regarding motivation?

  5. I can give you some suggestions and Ideas but would you be willing to tell us...

    What makes you feel exercise is needed? How does it impact your state, your family your being? Do you sincerly feel it is important? Why?

    If you could rate your motivation now from 1 to 10, what would you rate it?

    (If you said any thing less than 10) then what would make it a 10?

    The answers are within you, so hopefully these questions will draw them out, and then we can also contribute with other ideas..

    Also you can include, what have you attemped already? What do you think you need to do?

    Hello, I'm checking in here. I've had no PMO since my last check in.

    But I have seen P subs and at other times I've had MO.

    I'm sorry for no check ins lately. I've been on a trip and I've been very busy. I think this is a large part of why I have no PMO, my trip is keeping me very busy and I'm not at home and the normal bad habits that I fall into at home have not happened.

    I can't say for sure but this is the longest I've had with no PMO in a while so I'm very glad about it.

    I lost my 15 day streak. I gave into the pressure build up and loneliness. I should have gone to an SAA meeting. Should have gone to watch TV to distract me and left my computer, but I didn’t. I’ve checked in with my wife, my therapist and I feel ready on this.

    I’m back at 4 days today. I’m feeling more urges today, but overall feeling okay.

    Hi guys! I´m happy w/ my current streak. In this phase things go easier, but It seems you never can be worryless. A woman oferred me sex on next Friday. However I´m married. I´ve cheated once and I don´t want do it again. Then I´m afraid of NOFAP can be turning things more difficult, at this time (In the future I know that It will give me more will power or control, IDK).

    For instance, about control, now I´m alone in home and I didn´t beat the meat, what I certainly would in other times.

I think it comes down to your perspective, if you let your mind, it can use nofap as an excuse to justify, the other is more true in my experience, when i surrender nofap its easy to be content and say no to tempations. These temptations have no power over you, free soul that you already always are.

    I just realized, since I started the nofap, I have stated spending lots of time online. youtube and other stuff...maybe its the withdrawal effect.
    Need to fix this aspect.

    If spending too much time on YouTube helps you stay sober from PMO, do it and worry about YouTube later. The goal of this is not to be perfect humans, but to stop the behaviors that ruin our relationships, spirits, and prevent us from living normal lives.

    My check in: I’m at 7 days. I had a few thoughts a few days ago but avoided it. I’ve been going to SAA meetings again and seeing some old brothers feels special.

    Happy to have. 22 of last 23 days sober. First time with that since the summer time.

    1. It’s like the opposite of fapping. It’s hard to start exercising, bit it feels good afterwards. It’s easy to start fapping, and it doesn’t feel good afterwards.

    2. Exercise makes my urge to fap go away.

    3. It’s cool to make progress and achieve certain things.

    It’s like being at a pool, but even though you know it will be fun, you hesitate to jump in, because the water could be to cold or too wet or whatever. That’s the best way to describe it.

    I would like to do some exercise in the morning or right after getting home from work, but I’ll keep pushing it away, and do it in the evening, if at all.

    I also pay for a club membership and could in theory take dozens of courses a week, but I usually won’t.
    :-(

    On the positive side, I exercised in 2023 more than ever before.

    Exercise in week 46: 65+30+05+65+15+00+45 min. → 3h 45min
    Didn’t fap since October, 24th.

    Okay, so I have this idea: I just calculated that I exercised 97 hours and 40 minutes this year. That’s on average 18 minutes and 12 seconds per day. If I want to increase this to 20 minutes, I still need 24 hours till the end of the year or 35 minutes per day. So here is my plan:
    A) Do 35 minutes per day.
    B) If I miss the 35 on a day, I’ll try 105 minutes in 3 days.
    C) If I miss on the 105 minutes, I’ll try 245 minutes in 7 days.

    Yes brother go for it. I had a similar challenge, I made exercise part of my morning routine, and it has taken years to embody this routine, but it has paid back in return of energy and positive energy many times over.

    So keep us posted as you start this new plan!

    Just passed 250 days… which seems a little unbelievable to be honest!! But it’s done!! This is now feeling like my new normal.

    there are difficult days… but mostly the worse is behind me and I just don’t want to go back!

    16 days straight. I believe I had 14 days straight before that slip. I will be traveling soon, so a bigger test is coming. I feel good momentum.
