31 years old, single, lonely, angry at the world ... well you get the point

I'm from Romania and am a programmer, so please excuse my English.

I've been watching porn and masturbating for about 10 years now. It was better when I had a girlfriend but ever since I broke up with her 3 years ago, I have used pornography to "take the edge off".

I've tried quitting before and once I even got to a month. A week is all I can manage these days ... the thing is I've just given up on the world and became sort of like a hermit these past few days. I really don't want to have contact with anybody and go out.

I thought that while I'm all by myself I should maybe try not to exhaust myself with masturbation every few days because it seems like my energy is as down as it can go.

I've masturbated a little last night so today would be the first day of my new streak.
