Well it depends on how long you have been fapping for one I myself have been fapping 15 years I've had many failed attempts so with that being said the first try stop will be the hardest just believe in yourself avoid it if you can ... Safe browsing should be something I should do. . . but will I actually do it. . .? That is the question. it doesn't help knowing that I have the ability to take it off as easy as I put it on. Wish I had a local RP for that reason.
