    I was not sure if I would even be able to post in the success stories forum, but here I am. 30 days. This is incredible. I have been pmoing for 30 years and could barely ever make it more than a day. Felt hopeless that I would never be able to stop. Thought it was impossible to stop. For the person I was it was, but I have changed. I have healed a lot. A lot of trauma has healed. I have become a lot stronger. I never gave up. I will never give up. We must never give up. Let us keep pushing through and find healing and better ways to cope. I feel so much better. My social anxiety is pretty much gone. That is the biggest thing I have noticed. Music sounds way better. Eating ice cream is a magical experience. Girls at work invited me to sit with them at the lunch table. I love my life. Another month I am going to start dating again. Maybe I will find a real girlfriend and have a meaningful relationship. I am pumped.

    Congratulations bro. We seem to be on the same path. I too am on day 30 of a 90 hard mode reboot. Like you addicted for years and years and was a the point when I also thought I would never be able to stop and would just have to live with it. I moved on from pre-recorded porn years ago to live sex webcams and have spent a fortune on them, thousands. I have never been able to quit for more than a couple of days but was so desperate after a massive binge lasting days and an empty bank account to the point where I had no money for food I joined NoFap 30 days ago and haven't indulged once since I have been coming here. Even after as little as 30 days I feel so much better, stronger, more able to cope. I have had PIED for as long as I can remember but am starting to feel movement in my dick without touching it and 2 days ago had full on spontaneous erection. Amazing for me. Keep with the programme guys. Stay strong and good luck

    Hey, first of all: congratulations! After 3 decades, this is quite impressive!

    What a coincidence, I stopped porn almost exactly a month ago (rubbed my self a week later, so officially only 23 days so far), but I have had exactly the same experiences you had.
    Plus, I have been weak on multiple occasions, and I would have relapsed at least 3 times, if it wasn't for the porn blockers and filters. The single one best advice I have ever received and shared.

    yeah. I have Covenant eyes. It is so helpful. The idea of someone seeing what I am up to and the blockers seams to be enough. So far. Nice work with your streak. Keep it up.

    Thank you so much. I will keep you guys updated. For sure. I have been trying to stop for almost 20 years. Finally getting results. I had healing of some major trauma from my childhood recently. Might have something to do with it. Thanks for the encouragement.

    Hey Does Covenant eyes have app blocker too ? Does it have randomized pin code ?
    Im using right now Detoxify, and CleanDNS. Pretty good. Except I found a loophole in windows software last week, and while experiencing urges I exploited it to go on porn site. :/. So now I added clean DNS to my router, and it re-routed all my traffic, and blocks porn sites. But for phone I just keep Detoxify for the Apps. I was thinking about trying Covenant Eyes, I heard about it. I almost got 12 days, ughhhhh lol

    I am not sure if it has an app blocker. It has the accountability though. I used to find loopholes in blocking software. I am not sure what coventant eyes shows the accountability partner. I am keeping it that way. I am assuming he can see when I try to get around things or uninstall the app.
