    Hi NoFap community,

    As of today, I am clean 37 days of PMO. Comparing my self-concept to 37 days ago:
    I feel better about myself.
    I feel more honest.
    I feel more confident with my actions.

    But oh boy, I am not done.

    Oftentimes, I get tired and angry and sad. These emotions conflate and it's difficult to digest and evaluate them. There is still a long way for me to go to understand myself but turning back and looking down at the steps I've climbed makes me happy.

    I love you all and wish you the best.

    You gotta want it more than everybody else.

    Good man! Keep it up!!! If failed on my 26th day and continued the wrong habits till date ( 10-12 days) now again garnering my strength and will again strive for no PMO for 1 month.

    Best of luck for you and give me the same

    That’s what it is!! You are finally in tune with emotions we as guys need to understand that it’s okay to feel these things and express them! We tend to just walk around with everything bottled up! I haven’t reached a day 37 yet but I think for lack of a better way of saying it, you’re getting more in tune with your emotions! Which is key in life!
