    Made it a third of the way and certainly sensed the following

    - more self esteem
    - greater connection with others
    - started to date someone
    - it is the the number one focus area in my life
    - started to have a solid understanding on how PMO
    had totally distorted and ruines my life so I am picking up the pieces but with dignity respect and trust in my life
    Very very grateful
