    Hi,
I just want to share with you my 30 days journey of abstaining from PMO. This didn't come from one try but after many tries. I will tell you what helped me to make it to 30 days, and why did I relapse.

What helped me to achieve 30 days of NOFAP:
    1. Meditation:
I was meditating gradually from 10 minutes in the first week to 40 minutes in the fourth week.
    2. Positive thinking: In this entire 30 days, I was trying to change my negative thoughts with some positive and helpful ones.
    3. Affirmations: I wrote some affirmations that I repeated everyday.

You may say: you said that this helped you achieve 30 days. Why did you relapse then?
These are some reasons that I think made me relapse:
    1. At the end of this 30 days, I didn't meditate for 3 days in a row.
    2. I argued with my mind about whether porn is good or bad for me. Eventually, I started glamorizing past use and relapsed.

I hope that my 30 days of NOFAP helped you to learn from my mistakes. My last advice for you is to not beat yourself up after relapsing. Recovery is not a straight line, you just need to make sure to get back on track quickly :)

Thank you Beecx for your reply, meditation should always be in your daily routine to make sure not to relapse.

Thanks for sharing, brother. And I'm glad you analyzed your relapse. That will help you avoid the same mistake again.

Good luck on the rest of your journey.
