    Hi guys
    Completed 30 days of nofap .Longest of duration in my 30 years Of life.
    1.feeling more energetic.

    2.more Clearity in thoughts.

    3.Increase in confidence.

    4.skin quality improved.

    5.Increase in self awarness.

    I also started working out.Focussing on myself.This is state I missed till date in my life.feeling powerful.
