30 Days NoFap - A new beginning

    Hello there!
    Let me introduce myself.Im a 22 years old male and I’m on NoFap for quite a time.In the last couple of weeks I succeeded fighting with PM and finally achieved 30 days of NoPM after long attempts(I reached 30 days before 3-4 times).I failed a lot, I couldn’t go much longer than 14 days but now I changed my habits and I succeeded reaching 30 days.One of the things that matters the most is that you need to stop fantasizing.From your mind starts everything and you can’t afford feeding it with fantasizing because in a short time you’ll fail.Keep that in mind.Stop fantasizing.

    Here is some healthy habits that helped me:
    1. Meditation (for clarity of mind)
    2. Eat healthy (cut sugar)
    3. Exercise (need to be more consistent)
    4. Run (I’m running 7km now with no break)
    5. Drink water in the morning

    Benefits:
    1. Confidence boost
    2. Energy boost
    3. Depression gone (I get some flashbacks but overall gone)
    4. Anxiety in control

    Other things that helped me:

    Added restrictions to social media
    I deleted Facebook a long time ago from my phone, I only use messenger.And on Instagram I put 5 minute app limit, Instagram was a big trigger for me and I tried not to cut it completely.(I think this is one of the biggest factors that helped me achieving 30)

    So this is a short post that I feel sharing with you as a achievement of 30 days, if you’re interested in hearing some more things about this NoPMO experience leave a comment and I will write a bigger post.

    Thank you so much for sharing your story! This kind of stuff is really helping me get back into a better state of mind.
    When I woke up this morning, my brain was flooded with porn thoughts, to a near overwhelming degree, like a computer overheating.
    Typing ‘nofap’ in my browser instead of what I’m used to typing first thing in the morning is such a huge help, and it’s because of people like you sharing their success stories that remind me of why I’m doing this.
    So thank you again! And keep it up brother, 30 days is amazing!

    I was meditating twice a day: in the morning and in the night and like, first weeks was easy and fluid and awesome and it felted great. Now is impossible, i cant, just can´t be sit for 10min!

    i don´t know what is happening. So i stopped
     
  17. Maybe try harder? You need to get into it thinking you can do it, that it works.
    Maybe there's something wrong you started doing, like video games, or lack of activity, or food habits, or coffee?
    Maybe it's just a phase and you'll get back to it one day. Keep us updated!

    Try running instead for a couple of days and then try meditation again.Running will drain a lot of energy and after you’ll fell amazing.
