day 47.. Had a great cold shower

I am happy to hear that! This routine got born spontaneously when I started my NoFap journey
Today: 10 km running with +40 kg stroller and then 160 jumping squats and 160 push-ups. Three cold showers. You har very welcome to replicate

Yesterday, I had a nice and cold shower in the morning. After just a few hours I really wanted to have another one but for practical reasons I couldn't have one until I got home from my Krav Maga class around 21:45. I looked forward to this shower so much for so many hours, I wanted that cold water so much on my head... and at last a finally had it! It was such a nice feeling, I stayed there for almost 10 minutes, enjoying that cold water I had been waiting for the whole day...

Well done .

It's 9 degrees here and I was having a cold shower like it was a hot shower this morning.

Plus in the gym Wednesday night and showers were cold . I am hanging a cold shower while other chucks we waiting until they got home to have a hot shower . WTF The pussyification of western men . Any real men out there . Anyone on this forum is a real man . WARRIORS
