Hey i am a little bit lazy so forgive me but how many time should we shower anyway ?( yeah i know it is stupid) just a question to you guys. By the way, i am in... Tomorrow i will shower 3 times per day, cold shower( i am in a tropical country so haha i have better chance)

Life is beautiful

 

9 hours to last cold shower if he 30 day challenge but I will continue them for the rest of my life . They exercise and strengthen the part of the mind that's allows me to operate comfortable been uncomfortable . Just another tool in my armoury in my quest to become the most awesome version of myself

In gym last night . Showers were cold . I didn't give a fuck . I am showering enjoying the cold but other cucks with small dicks are giving out about not having hot showers . Same fucking cucks are at home pulling their small dicks watching pornhub on their smart phone up in their mothers box room .

Not like me WARRIOR MAN ,cold showers , nofap , self disciplined , superhero
