And that's day 5, and it was a good day!

 

Day 5. Have been considering PMO lately. It hasn't required a ton of effort or anything, mainly just small mental corrections, to keep it away. One thing I can say is that my 20 day streak gave me the confidence to get through this. I have to convince myself each day that this is important. My brain conveniently seems to purge those reasons quite frequently...
