Day 11. Starting to feel like my sexuality is changing to a much healthier state. Going to be facing some stress tomorrow as I prepare for my first midterm of the semester- reminding myself that porn is not a beneficial way to cope!

Day 1, keep it up!

 

8/30 Instead of constant negative head it's starting to lift occasionally.

 

Day Zero and I am really starting to hate this now. But with time and effort we can overcome.

 

Day 13: Yesterday was an important day. Usually I would relapse either during the exam preparation or after the exam. It has always been my technique to relax. Yesterday for the first time, I had a normal day after an exam. I hung out with a friend, watched a movie and slowly eased out of the tension.
