almost relapsed today. I was very close. I'm in the loop.
Never before have I felt like a true addict. I'm anxious, incapable to do anything else. I'm unable to concenrate, read anything. to give it at least couple of days to build up to sth better, chance to break the cicle.

Day 21 it was really hard to maintain & stay away from that as long but trying my best

 

Day 12 of 30, 20 total. I'm thinking about sex all the time, and i want to f, but noooo... so far i'm still on the surface but milimiters from falling. Goodnight
