You can try to make it a habit of not using mobile, laptop atleast one hour before sleep and instead study, read book or do any other beneficial work and fall to sleep doing that only. I'm also trying to do the same !!
Life is awesome actually, and we are here to improve that further. Great things take time, if we have a strong belief in what we are doing, then these failure in the way can't distract us from our goal. So just have complete faith and keep going and getting better each time !!
