Day 1 over........... The target is 30 days. Days on which i particularly have to resist. Just want to be ready beforehand........ 1. The exams/quizzes went well. 2. Achieved/scored good marks/goals 3. Exams ended. 4. Remembering the one i have crush on (you know, it's much more better than fapping and gives immense joy but ultimately leads to ) 5. Waking late at night studying, for good, but that too ultimately leads to that shitttttyyy thing. 6. Alone in the home for any reason. How to avoid it ? 1. Avoiding the nude stickers and gifs or short videos that contain pornographic material or any related thing. 2. Avoiding youtube search notification 3. Avoiding social media platforms 4. Sleeping bit early (before 12 is a good time to sleep and waking before 6 is the ultimately advantageous) 5. Avoiding MX Player's or any such 3rd party app's video recommendation 6. Looking at girls is quite normal and of course, will continue to do that.... Hahahahaha 7. Regular exercises and listening to songs (i tried it out after one of the friend in this platform told me about it... 8. Friemd recommended a porn but just ignore. Got a horny video from any group, just ignore it. You can do. Thanks) That's it.......
Actually the problem with almost all the people is they ignore things very easily. Ignoring is quite easy and can be done effortlessly.
Keep up!!! One advice If I can share, altough I'm still a newbie arround here. I've tried a couple of times in the past and I failed, this time I'm at the moment proceeding with confidence and is not being as hard as the other times (for now). I think part of this is the daily exercise I'm doing and meditation. Exercise also stimulates the release of dopamine in the brain, hence the urge to Fap will be more controlled. If you're not doing now, I suggest you add a daily exercise/working-out rotuine and you will see it will eventually become easier to keep focused into the target!
