I have mind fog alot but I would say walking or jogging helped me most... get the blood flowing.. some sort of cardio... and I also read a book before bed.. something you like that's positive... that sorta helps give the brain a cardio exercise of it's own

Hi all, I created a new challenge. It is about Vikings, I choosed them because everyone knows them. It's 120 days with a lot of ranks first to reboot the body and then the time intervals for new ranks become longer for maintaining the success on the long term for three years. You are also encouraged to track further goals, for really improving your life and pushing your limits. The team spirit is really great, it helped me to reach 98 days of noPMO first now I switched to 134 days noPM. Day 12 completed. Today,I received the strangest remark of my life from a former friend of mine.I will never forget this.He battered my day today.I remained in intense agony today,that wasted almost 2 hours of my productive day.Moreover,I am experiencing the worst kind of bad and weak memory these days.I think this kind of weak memory was there from very early and i began to observe it very recently due to Nofap.Looking forward for 13 th day.
