Day 16, facing a very high intensity of horniness and at the same time i can feel my little man going through recovery mode. But fuck its hardd

Got a pop-up today with porn while browsing thru TV series.
Considering boycotting the internet completely.

Day 27 done! I'm so happy to be succeeding in this challenge after struggling to make it a week previously. It really helps to sign up to these challenges, to give yourself some accountability and momentum, as well as some consistency. It feels good to be able to come here every day and say I've been successful for another 24 hours

25 days. No PMO. Got exposed to triggers but held on.

 

Day 7. M’d but not to porn and no O. Will duck out of the thread as technically I’ve failed, but I’m going to keep going for a while on the no P&O! (Ideally I want to leave porn behind forever). Will def try this again very soon. Good luck chaps.
