3 BEST METHODS FOR BREAKING YOUR FAPPING ADDICTION

    I really hope that what I'm about to tell you helps. The following are what helped me(a 7 year fap addict) overcome the fapping addiction. I've tried everything but the following 3 methods worked the best.

    1. Heavy weight exercise
    -
    Going to the gym and picking up heavy weights and working out like crazy is probably the best method

    2. FASTING
    -A very underrated method. This is one of the best methods i know of. If fasting is too difficult, try eating less.

    3. Obsession to succeed.
    -
    You must be obsessed to give up this addiction.

    Now l've been fapping for years and this is what got me free from fapping. I've reached 1 month yesterday and feel awesome.

    It was very difficult and i did do some fucked up this like finger my ass, sniff my aunts undies, drink pee, pee on myself and watch gay and granny porn.

    Wanna know the main method that helped me hit one month? It happened when I started going to the gym, lifted heavy weights and worked hard. Why did that work?

    I learned that exercising helps strengthen the prefontal cortex. A stronger prefontal cortex means more willpower. So in simple words, Im still a horny man but the only difference is I have more self control. The amazing thing is I have been watching porn almost every other day but since my willpower is stronger. I can control myself.

    In simple words, If you wanna get over the fapping addiction. Workout like crazy, get determined and eat little.

    If lifting weights isnt your thing then do yoga. Yoga is even better for addiction. It is the best way to fight an addiction. Even better then lifting weights.

    Since i stopped fapping, i started to find women more attractive, I want sex and masturbation.

    Making love to a woman and satisfying her is better then fapping and feeling miserable.

    Also if you suffer from premature ejaculation or erectile disfunction then i recommend yoga and eating foods that help strengthen your penis such as greens, garlic, ginger etc. Google for food that strengthens the penis and make yourself a diet plan.

    I agree with #2 Fasting. I have fasted in the past for separate reasons (religious) and during that time urges go down by a lot. The only caveat is that for me fasting is one of the few things that is harder to do than abstaining from PMO. For those who can handle fasting well they should definitely use it to help with PMO.
