    Hi everyone,
I am 24 and still new to the nofap community. I want to share a part of my story. I am on day 65 of many attempts over the last 2 years to get this far. This is my longest streak so far free from porn, masturbation, sex, orgasm. Coming into the Catholic Church last year, my Catholic faith has really strengthened and propelled me to change myself for the better. I used to watch porn and masturbate 4-5 times a week to fall asleep and for addiction excitement. I knew it was bad for me but never truly got the courage to stop till recently. I was numbing myself to not feel the depression I used to be in. I started to watch porn in High School and it grew worse till freshman year of college to the point I was isolating myself and missing fun opportunities with friends and dating the opposite sex. I realized I had a problem and discovered books and resources on the harm of porn on the mind, soul and spirit/body. Fast forward to August of 2018, I said I would quit after discovering nofap but I had a few long streaks of a month or a few weeks and still gave in to my passions, lusts, and lack of direction in life. I am proud to say now I am 65 days free, thanks to God, and haven’t looked at porn or masturbated since. Some benefits I have found is clarity of the mind, more attraction from woman, and feeling more power as a man in my own skin and body. Don’t get me wrong the journey hasn't been easy. Looking forward to seeing how my first reset off porn, 90 days, will progress and into 2020 and the future.

  2. Great job so far. I just recently re-made a NoFap account after not having one for a while. Keep up all the good work, and know that there are plenty of people around your age and in similar situations (like me) who are fighting alongside you to kick these things to the curb.
