Can sense some P thoughts popping in to my head since last night. Not a good sign. Going to stay strong. Not even bow down to the smallest temptation. My brain is not going to trick me this time!

Back to Day.0. Self sabotage. I knew what i was supposed to do but felt too comfortable thinking i am strong enough to watch a movie before bedtime. Its so funny how hours just fly so fast when you are looking at sexual materials while tryng to fight youself to not pmo until the inevitable obviousle happpens.

Pressure also makes diamonds.
If you want to be a diamond than you have to pressure own self towards goal.

i have very deeply researched on this filthy industery, God be pleased. when we see with truthful eyes these actors be more dressful in public places and some of them even can't live in public places they lived in very secure areas and keep hidden themselves. now let me tel you what leads them to be filthy actors. they are the people who wan't easy money and they don't have even courage to do hardwork in life and earn money to live a normal life. some of them usaully abnormal. and they are highly fall in depression and anexiety diseas. and most of them commit suicide. if any one wan't i can give the list of those porn actors who commit suicide. they lost all of their relations. and 90% have no life partner. doctors don't like to check them. if any doctor check them up he don't like to tell any one and even doctor feel shame to treat them. and if you wan't to know on youtube some of them express and tell their stories in some interviews and when you see their faces deeply they don't have any kind of glow on their faces like normal human they seems like they just have body from outside they don't have soul in them. this is how they are cursed. and this is how dangerous this industery is and this is a little bit of reflection of their cursed life.
i have more detailed information this is all i have described a little bit. and this all information available on internet.
