    Wasn't sure what to do after relapsing on day 20.i felt really bad and thought of just moving to the next challenge.this took me to a binge that i now want to get over. I've decided to go at this again leave no challenge undone. I'll set up minigoals as someone suggested I'll do ten then ten then 1.day 0 of 21.

    Yeah it's just such a shame to see a long streak go entirely to waste. Then, it's harder to motivate yourself in the future because you can work hard at another long streak, but there's always the thought that once you relapse you're left with absolutely nothing again, making it harder to continue. This way, it's money in the bank. As long as you don't let yourself slip entirely out of control, if you relapse, that streak (or streaks) are still meaningful and relevant, and count in your statistics and motivation and overall success.
