[21-CHALLENGE] THE TWENTY ONE DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 3

 

2/21
Checking in. Watched part of a stupid movie containing sex... also had a wet dream. But still i need to take the thought out my head.... BY REPLACING IT WITH PHYSICAL AND MENTAL TRAINING!!

 

Day 4/21. Spent the whole day as a chaperone/leader for a youth trip to Cedar Point. Usually I'd have little self-control against lingering eyes and wandering thoughts, but I was able to be on-point today.

Much of that is because I had the confidence (coming off of the previous two challenges) of knowing that I can do this; I can change, and I am changing!

9/21: Was another good day.. although today mind wandered a lot. Imaginary scenarios and past encounters. Always caught myself in time before I dwelled on it too long. Playes football for like 3 hrs. So dead tired to even think about doing anything now. Also haven't smoked for 4 days. All positive feelings are coming and it's good.

Day 7/21. One third of the challenge has been completed! Feeling some urges today, but all is good.
