No need to get upset. what matters is that you keep going. Studies show that a sense of guilt can be counter productive. I find cold showers very helpful in dealing with urges.
Though and thinking are two different things. You have more control over your thinking. thoughts come and go.
Day 4 off to an early start today - more relapse dreams last night, 2 nights in a row, crazy stuff! Subconscious firing up the triggers. Thanks brain!
Day 6 - Feeling overwhelmed by social situations. A good reason to continue my quit, overcome social awkwardness and find my voice again.
