2023 Hardmode challenge + NOSURF TOO

I am relatively new to this Nofap . Have been using mindless internet and porn for quite a decade , now . I never knew if I had a problem but after reading some articles about Nofap and visiting r/Nosurf ......I have realised that its better to live life in reality rather than in the virtual one .

For the first time in my life ...... I am going to start Nofap challenge (Nosurf included) which will cover rest of December and whole of 2023 . Being relatively young might come as an advantage .

Hopefully , I will succeed at this . Suggestions , advices, thoughts , insights are welcome.
