2023 calendar

In 2023, I only masturbated to orgasm 13 times. In 2022, I still did this several times per day. It helped me a lot to use a calendar and mark the days in different colors. Yellow means one orgasm, red would have been several orgasms, green means no orgasm.

In 2023, I also started to exercise. I used a second calendar to keep track of it. On average, I did 18 minutes per day or 132 minutes per week. I never exercised that much. In 2022, I didn’t exercise at all.

Any suggestions for 2024?
