2021 no more fap!

Hello every one. I am 30 years old. I have struggled in past to stop masturbation. I think it is easir if you start your challenge with the new year. Masturbation makes me feel bad and tired and it sometimes leads to watch porn. It also hurts my beliefs. It is against it. So guys please if you can join me on my Challenge. I will start January 1st 2021. I will quit my smartphone and will update with you sometimes by using public internet. Keep your prayers for me. Thanks all.
