2 yr Anxiety sufferer....looking help

    hi friends
    I am suffering from anxiety and sexual thoughts ocd , constantly thinking about opposite sex bodies..
    is itcaused by pmo . How can i rewire it

    it is good that you know it is possible to rewire.
    Try meditation and breath works.
    Try writing your affirmations every day.
    Do intense or moderate exercises. They help your mood.
    Don't stay idle.
    Don't fight your thoughts. the more you fight them the more they will be strengthened.
    Know what you want and go for it.
    The brain is always changing and adapting to your environment.

  3. Anxiety can be overcome. OCD is a little bit trickier than that, one of my major OCD issues is I always think I leave the stove on. I will literally turn around if I'm in a car and check to make sure if it's OFF. Same with locks too. But the stove is really, really bad man. lol

    Not to laugh but If I was a richer man without all these bills I gotta pay, and hey let's face it a man's gotta eat, ;)

    I would gets CBT done. No, it's not what you think hahaha *gulp*

    Cognitive Brain Therapy. Basically it rewires your Brain. I had thought about Electric shock treatment as well but dunno

    I've been suffering from social and general anxiety for 25 odd years. I realized there is no magic bullet for it, but here' are some methods that helped me to the point I can say that anxiety is not debilitating my daily life anymore:

    1. Daily aerobic exercise on fresh air -> it can be as little at 30 min brisk walk. You can gradually increase the duration/difficulty over time (I ended up with 70-90 min daily sweetspot)
    2. Daily Wim Hof breathing/cold showers method -> I don't know why but, it just works
    3. 2 rounds of Sun salutation (surya namaskar) and Pranayama (40 breaths) after waking up
    4. Changing your mindset -> I heartily recommend reading Seneca's Letters from a stoic, Marcus Aurelius Meditations, and Epictetus Discourses and Selected Writings and Wayne Dyers' Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life: Living the Wisdom of the Tao (his interpretation of Tao de Jing)
