Today it's 19'th. My goal is 90 day's hard-mode. I feel that more energy is accumulating in my body because it's easier for the morning running in the certain distance. I have more motivation than before, although I am still not satisfied with my motivation level. Yesterday afternoon I don't want to do anything and feel tired and want to sleep. I think it's flatline. My flatline lasted for two weeks, now it becomes better. I have the problem of lower back pain because of over-masturbation, recently it becomes weaker and weaker. Sometimes I have some occasional urges, but I don't want to go back my previous life anymore, which is a misery life.
