Hello, Just like many young male's I've found the R-rated side of the internet. This was when I was 12 years old. I started watching porn and masturbating frequently when I was 13. This started as something new and exciting but it became something I had to do. 5 times a day was not rare and I watched almost anything you can find, from the normal content to cartoons and even bestiality. I truly am disgusted by myself and want to change this. Porn has caused me more problems besides being disgusted by myself. I had been suffering from depression(just got out of therapy). I lack motivation and well I have low self-esteem. Even though porn has done some bad things with me, I am changing myself. I started working out more and started watching less porn but it is time to completely cut out porn and masturbation. Today is the day I start with NoFap with a 90 day PM-challenge and I am looking forward to bettering myself.
You can do it man. I've noticed that when we first start watching porn, it's more normal stuff, just sex. Than that gets boring and you start getting into weirder stuff over time and it kind of ruins you. Eventually, like you said, people are fapping to stuff like beastality and other gross stuff, and when your done fapping, you look at what you were watching and think "what have I become".
