I had been over masturbating from the age of 16 to the point where i have a dick which doesn't work at all. I have no motivation or desire for anything in life my test levels came back at 385 ng/dl. I haven't had a random erection in at least a year, my question is can this be cured amd woll my test levels ever return to the hihh level of my early teens? The Docs don't seemed fussed even giving me anti depressants.

  2. From a western medicine point of view.

    I'm not a doctor.

Since your doctor tested your T and found it low, what do they say about possible treatments?

Yes, 100%, masturbation and porn can affect the cycle of hormones in your body.

Also, it is possible that there is another reason for the Low T. Your profile says you are 19 years old -- that's rather young to have Low T. If it were me, I'd get back to the doctor, make a list of symptoms (including the embarrassing ones -- like like of nocturnal erections) and as two important questions:

    1. What is causing the low T? Is it organic or environmental. If your doctor can't say, ask if there is a referral to another doctor that can investigate and find the answer. There is a long list of glands in the human body that govern T (Testosterone) and finding the problem might require a few test.

    2. What can be done about it? Not being a doctor, I don't see how an antidepressant would up your T. So, after figuring out what is causing the low T, ask what will put your body back into sync with its hormones.

    Good Luck!
