So, here I am 19 days into my reboot. I decided to start this journey for several reasons, the first being weak erections. My problem was not so severe that I had full blown PIED but definitely my erections had become quite weak. This meant frequent masturbation sessions with a barely hard penis and little to no pleasure, something I'm sure many people here will be familiar with. The second problem I want to deal with is porn induced PE, something that I've conditioned myself to do after nearly 15 years of nearly daily porn use (I'm 28 now). The third and for me most significant reason for starting this journey is it's depressing! Being in my twenties and spending an inordinate amount of time watching porn when I should be out doing the things I enjoy.

I've attempted to reboot before but have failed early on, seemingly it is a difficult habit to stop after such a long time and during my initial attempts I would start looking a porn on the internet without even realising I was doing it. However this time round I'm much further in than any previous attempts and am feeling stronger and more determined than ever to see it through and not ruin the progress I've made thus far.

    The good-
A truly surprising amount of extra time on my hands each day.
After only 19 days I'm starting to get much stronger erections spontaneously, something I've need experienced for a while.

    The Bad-
reboot time- Initially I planned a 30 day reboot and to assess after 30 days whether I needed more time. I know my problem was no where as near as bad as others here but I would welcome any advice on reboot length.
Sometimes the temptation to jump on the internet and all the porn sites I used to use is incredibly strong at times, but with a bit of self discipline I've managed not needed to reset.

    My advice to new rebooters-
Don't look at your reboot as one long period of time ahead of you that you need to get through. Take it one day at a time, every time you get into bed at night without need to reset is another small victory. Plan what your going to do with your days, the more busy you are the less chance you have of a relapse.
