I also had a very uncomfortable wet dream. After almost a year . I spent a lots of hours playing chess for the past few days and forgot to do my duties, I will start right away
and my sleep schedule got kind of destroyed again , I think thats the reason of my total failure of my habits and the wet dream

Mostly vegetarian diet, everyday meditation, cultivating attitude of us being consciousness-spirit in the body and that everyone is my brother and sister, avoiding nakedness as of my own so and of others, and doing an exercise 6 from 8 pieces of brocade.
Hope this will help you brother !
p.s. I think that in order to keep power we have to be worthy of it by cultivating high moral in our character. For otherwise we are very much capable of sabotaging ourselves kind of like our own consciousness punishment on us.

Thanks for nice motivation video-' The only thing that is stopping you is-You'. I think this is truth and every time we come up with an excuse we should examine the validity of it and ask ourselves-' Really ?':)..and I mean REALLY?;)

To have more done it's a god idea to try and practically evaluate how much time it takes us to accomplish one habit and then we will clearly see how they can harmoniously fit around our day's plan! :)

It good to sleep more sometimes especially when body needs longer sleep for recovery. 21.30 :):emoji_thumbsup:that is what I aim at but usually I manage to get to bed closer to 22. I think that when your body will recover and re-energize sufficiently the amount of daily sleep is most likely to drop, especially if you do your meditation !;)
