So guys tomorrow will be my first day on my 180 days reboot journey or challenge It seems like it's a little bit hard but i have a lot of goals to accomplish during my reboot my best streak was last month i did 34 days then relapsed , I did relapsed because i was not really doing well on reboot ; no goals , no new habits ... So I still have two things to say : 1- I need an accountability partner in order to motivate me and take the challenge more seriously 2- Do you guys have any advises or ideas to help me comlete this reboot Thank you ♥
I get it but this is not that hard and i'm going to make little changes step by step while i'm doing no pmo reboot So that i exercice daily and it's a habit , i will add habits one by one and step by step in 180 days in order to have a better lifestyle in general
