My 180 day check in! I finally made it despite some close calls! This is one of my biggest personal achievements, having been unable to string together more than a few days since I was 13 years old (21 years ago). I am proud of myself for resisting temptation and breaking free of my addiction. It is only because of this challenge and the NoFap that I have been able to do this, so big thanks to Alexander Rhodes for starting this whole thing. I am determined to be in control of my habits, not controlled by them. My next target is 365 days. If I can do this, so can you!
Cheers Euphorios. You're nearly there too! I have been following your progress because I remember you started this challenge not long after me. You are a great contributor to this forum, a great supporter of others and I can see you are determined to do this! I haven't posted much recently because I found the days were going faster when I didn't watch the tracker too closely. I probably should have offered more words of support etc because together we are stronger, no doubt about it! Good luck mate.
