170 days of No PMO

Hey guys, hope y’all are good. Well its been my first time to post on this platform. I just used to come thru and check on the success stories mostly when i felt like giving up.

It’s been quite a tough journey for me but through Christ Jesus and persistence to nofap I’ve managed to push “170 days” thats roughly 5 and half months of no PMO. I’m so thankful for life every morning i wake up coz this is a dream come true. Trust me Porn is deeper than what we think, In-fact it affects you Mentally, Spiritually and Physically (Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body. 1 Corinthians 6:18) if anyone one can relate. It had a grip on me that felt like i would never let go of my habits but i thank God for guiding me through out this Journey and everyone who has posted their success stories on this platform. I’m so thankful guys and I encourage everyone who’s still struggling that theirs light at the end of the tunnel. The goal isn’t about making it to 90 days coz I’ve tried that before and kept relapsing countless times, the goal’s about letting go of your habits. Its about starting a porn free lifestyle. I can’t say it’s always easy coz temptation always come thru but endeavor to stay strong and focus on why you started. Life is really beautiful guys and every moment counts. Please Don’t Give Up!!!!

Well i got a secret that unhooked me from the chains of LUST. Its a book called (DESTINED TO REIGN) by Joseph Prince. If anyone’s a believer please try to lookup for that book online coz it was the only solution to my struggle.

 

Definitely, Theirs been lots of benefits bro.

Increased confidence
No more anxiety
Clear memory
I used to get random wet dreams but lately it can happen once in 2-3 weeks
And definitely more attention/attraction from women, can’t explain how this works coz before i never noticed girls checking me out but lately it’s getting crazy

Well i can relate on what you tryna say, Definitely I’m more confident and relaxed not just with women but with everyone. The reason why you feel like that is because of anxiety and low self esteem. It takes time to recover so you need composure to stick on your goal. Don’t worry, i used to feel the same way you do but eventually my confidence improved with time. Don’t Focus on Nofap because you need a girlfriend coz that’s like a Placebo, you’re literally running away from your demons, ‘I’ve been their before’ but rather focus on getting your life together and then you’ll realize the beauty in life. Always try to socialize and love yourself, Nofap wont do all the magic for you but i guarantee it will boast your confidence. The root cause of sin is self condemnation which results to guilt, low self esteem and so on......So stay active, socialize, Resist the devil and he will flee. It’s never easy bro but You got to hang in there

 

I experienced this as well, that’s actually depression if i say so but it’s all part of the recovery cycle. Your brain is technically craving for that dopamine hit from porn. Try to avoid anything that could trigger you coz this is when your vulnerable. Congs on your 120days streak. Im so proud of you

 

‘Matthew 5:27-28’ But I say unto you, That whosoever looks on a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart so avoid anything that could trigger you to lust. Please read this book, You can read at-least one chapter a day. Im no book worm but trust me this was the only turning point for me. This is a Physical and Spiritual battle.
