When you understand you're about to slip, you're halfway from saving yurself from "damages". Now that you know you could fail, take time to understand what provokes you this (early morning hardon? shower? Thinking about a girl you met yesterday?) and try to take those thought out of your mind! Stay strong, dude!
The first day are the worst... Most of them you think you can do it, but then, as soon as you feel comfortable and let down your guard, then you slip and fail it. So, keep your guard up, try to always have an aswer for everything could tempt you: for example, fantasies can be tough to get rid of, so when I happen to start thinking to fantasies, I keep the image of a really old, ugly, wrinkled-skin granny and believe me, everything goes inexorably down...
I am joining you. I started a few days ago and have made it six days into the journey. I have flatlined, but it is to be expected given the neurochemical roller coaster I put my brain through.
