14 day hands shaking some times

    I have depression and anxiety.i find about nofab 14 days ago and i started to stop my bad porn and masturbate habbit.i want to know that is it normal that my hands and fingers shaking without any reason
    it happens some times not all day.
    BTW my taraget is 2 years

    i usually watch porn everyday. and now i stopped it.i start to exercise and meditate before go to sleep and after i wake up.And i stoped masturbate.
