Checking in for day 6 and the beginning of day 7. Halfway done. Still need to write a plan of what I will do when strongly tempted, as I will likely experience some stronger urges soon. Keeping busy.
Hey all, it's me. I'm just over the 7 days challenge and also I was able to beat my longest streak of 25 days PMO free. Today is day 28 clean for me. 0/14 here with you. I am joining the 14 days challenge, and I will be aiming for hard mode this time, so I am going to reset my counter on this challenge if I give in and have sex. I will not change my NoFap counter if I have SA with my spouse though. I am trying to build up to being able to abstain for longer and really let my brain rewire. Additionally, we're (she's) going through a very difficult time and I want to give her the space she needs from my sexual desires and build trust and show her love. I have had a rough year of this NoFap journey, relapsing 16 different times, for as many as 11 days (cringe at the binge). I'm also approaching 180 days clean in 2020 although non consecutive and I am finding the events and challenges to be very helpful in keeping me focused and committed. Strength In Numbers!
