Morning How are you all doing today? Today will be day 11 for me. Was really hard over the weekend for me, as i could only notice boobs etc. everywhere i went. Day 6. I have to be careful atm, because I'm fasting, which means my willpower is decreased which is tricky. Also, because I'm fasting I spend more time alone (normally I eat with friends) which is a potential trigger.
