Day 1. It's impressive how my energy to exercise dropped from yesterday(NoFap) to today. Couldn't resist, but I'll keep trying. Must repeat: it's so much better when you don't fap, everything goes better. I must take advantage of not fapping to do even more useful things. Also, yesterday I was full of energy and today I even tried to do some exercises but was too tired to really do it.
Day zero. Alcohol and boredom are my biggest triggers. I will find constructive things to do with my time.
