I relapsed a couple days ago. Was too annoyed with myself to post it. Think I’m going to take a short break from this challenge, it may have been a bit too much pressure.
Day1: Its been more than 90 Days since I've quite hard core P. But Still end up P-Subbing at times. Gotta get over that part of it. Wanna delete insta but i also keep in touch with a few friends from on there. Anyways will figure an alternative.
Hello @Vishal Rob Singh The Day Counter can be reset to the time you relapsed, although I like to reset it to 6:00 the next morning, to make it easier to count days. From the time you relapse until 1 full day later would be 0 days completed or 0/14. After that is 1/14, and so on. When you start a new challenge, although you haven't relapsed, you would start at 0/? (?=7, 14, 21, etc.) You do not have to reset your day counter to 0 though. Upon reaching 14/14, be sure to mention @2525 in your post, in order to be added to the Hall of Fames. Hope this helps.
Hello all!! I am in! Day 0/14. I managed 7 days before and had a heavy relapse. Very frustrating, time consuming and actually not even giving satisfaction. Need to try again. Reason for relapse was instagram.
