Day 2 of 14. No real urges, but I'm bored and drunk.

 

Relapsed! what a shame! I except my mistake Day 0 for me Now again!

 

6 Days. Let's make a habit of it.

 

Day 1 in the books.

Urges have ramped up in the last two days. Date night with the wife turned into her getting some anger out about my relapse. I am very proud to say we handled it well. We sat with it and spoke honestly and openly.

Keep it up everyone! Reach out when things get difficult!
