6/14. I know I need to be mindful when I get urges etc , but need to work on better identifying the onset of those to check in with myself.
Some urges yesterday after stressful day at work and disappointing social evening. Managed to fight them off by thinking about the goal here. 6/14
3/14 I just looked it up and it seems there is actually some science behind it. If my wife knew about my addiction I would order and try it. Thanks for the advice man
