Day 1. Haven't watched porn for like 3 months thanks to NoFap. This has made a big change to my life and self-esteem/self-confidence. Still masturbating and gaming though. These two vices drag me down like there's no tomorrow. Gaming in particular means I can't enjoy anything else in life. And often leads to masturbation and porn. Gotta quit it, and take it seriously; have dropped porn for now, but if I don't drop these bad habits too, it's just gna come straight back when I least expect it. Got to have faith there's a better way of living. So yeah, day 1/14.
