Day 3 almost done. Another busy days and I have devised special strategies to ensure I am on track this time. Bring it on PMO!
Day 9 - You were given this life because you are strong enough to live it.. Don't focus too much on your failures instead focus on what you can do to succeed. God bless Fellow Fapstronauts!
Day 7 of 14. Lasted 13 last time, solo. I'm quitting vaping this time around as well, 9 days off the vape/nicotine
Finally I got it!!! 14 days complete. Thank you very much @2525 for creating this challenge and thank you all of you for the support. The first 7 days were easy, but the last 7 days were quite difficult. Specially the final day was pretty hard as I had strong urges but I was able to control it Next goal 21 days.....
2/14 Had some better conversations today again. People seem incredible quick to associate things together in their minds to keep a conversation going and here I am slogging through my own brain like I just woke up. I'm not sure what needs to be changed mentally, if anything. I'm still making progress though. I've been reading about Team Sky, a cycling team for the British Isles. They use an approach where they improve aspects of their sport by 1%. The team calls it "aggregation of marginal gains," or "a 1% improvement in everything you do." In theory, if they improve 10 things by 1%, they're essentially improving their competition by 10% overall. They say that "if you find yourself stuck with bad habits or poor results, it's usually not because something happened overnight. It's the sum of many small choices - a 1 percent decline here and there - that eventually leads to a problem." I'm going to see where I can apply this in my own life so building large habits won't be so intimidating. It's something to think about.
